Compliance

Every SKU in our store is compliant with US CPSC / CPSIA regulations for the age group it's marketed to.

What we hold for every SKU

• A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) issued by the manufacturer or importer of record.
• A third-party test report showing compliance with CPSIA lead + phthalate limits and the applicable product standard (ASTM F963, 16 CFR 1500, etc.).
• Tracking labels (batch, date, country of production) on every unit or its packaging.

Request documentation

Any customer or reseller can request the CPC and test report for any SKU by emailing hello@aetheriumstores.com. We reply within 2 business days.

Materials

We prioritize food-grade silicone (FDA + LFGB tested), GOTS or OEKO-TEX certified cottons, and phthalate/BPA-free plastics. Materials sourcing is documented for every private-label item.
