Return window

Not the right fit? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return

Email hello@aetheriumstores.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours during business days.

Return shipping

Free return label on any order over $50. Under $50, we deduct a $5 return-label fee from your refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank typically posts the refund 3–7 days after that.

Damaged or defective

Full refund or replacement, and we cover shipping both ways. Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery — we ship the replacement before you send the defective one back.

Final sale

Gift cards, digital guides, and heavily discounted items (over 40% off) are final sale and not eligible for returns.
