Where we ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are on our roadmap — currently expected Q1 2027. Add your email to the newsletter and we'll notify you the day we open the zone.
How fast
All in-stock orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Express (2 business days) is available at checkout.
- Order by 2pm ET → ships same day.
- Order after 2pm ET → ships next business day.
- Weekends and US holidays don't count as business days.
Cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Under $35, standard shipping is a flat $4.95. Express (2-day) is $14.95 flat regardless of cart size.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Any question, reach us at hello@aetheriumstores.com — we usually reply within a few hours during business days.
Delays
Peak seasons (Nov–Dec, Mother's Day) can add 1–2 business days. Weather events and carrier disruptions are outside our control but we'll email you the moment we know.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only correct addresses before the label is printed. Returned-to-sender packages incur a $5 re-ship fee.
