Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 2–5 business days from our US warehouse. Express is 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — US only. On our roadmap for 2027.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders over $35.
Products
Are all your products BPA-free?
All feeding, teething and bath products are BPA and phthalate-free. Documentation on file for every SKU.
Where are your products made?
A mix. Private-label items are produced in Portugal (organic cotton), Italy (silicone), and select US facilities. Sourcing documented per SKU.
Do you carry organic options?
Yes — filter by "organic" tag on any category page.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. See our returns page for details.
Are returns free?
Free on orders over $50. Under $50, we deduct a $5 label fee.
Gift orders
Can I add a gift message?
Yes — at checkout there's a "gift message" field. We handwrite messages on gift bundles.
Do you hide the price on gifts?
Always. No price shows on the packing slip for any order.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout works. If you create an account, you get order history and faster checkout next time.
